Being a Yoga practitioner, I have both studied, felt, and seen the effects of energy.  We see it on a subtle level through the Chakras and the physical level as we activate and apply lines of energy in our poses.  We experience it on many levels of our being…many times not aware of it and other times experiencing it in one of its many forms.  When we work with it, we can activate its healing and centering outcome.  Because I have experienced its potential, I wanted to continue my study of energy and became a Reiki Master.  It became another vehicle for me to help others heal through energy.

It is my belief that we must all continue to seek our best selves, and there are many vehicles and paths.  Reiki is just one that has the potential to help you where you need it. I believe its important to try different modalities to experience what works best for you. There is not one healing modality that works for all people.  It is up to us to seek and discover what experiences benefit us and improve the quality of our lives. I can't promise that this 

will be one that creates the result you are looking for, but I encourage you to 

continue to be the seeker to find your peace and happiness through the 

spiritual journey of discovering your Truth.
