Exclusive Yoga Anatomy Course
Vidya Yoga is pleased to offer this amazing training to students of this teacher training. This Anatomy course completes and satisfies the 30 hour Yoga Alliance requirement for this section of the training.
YogaAnatomy.net Fundamentals is the only online anatomy course that is specifically designed for beginning yoga teachers.
These unique online trainings are already in use by The American Viniyoga Institute, The Yoga Institute of Australia, and The Africa Yoga Project. To date, this course has served hundreds of students in 46 countries, with excellent results.
As a student, you will have access to a members-only website with 20 hours of yoga anatomy fundamentals training. This training is delivered primarily in online streaming video format, with printable handouts and visuals.
You set the schedule on how best to move through the material, and you will be supported as they work through each unit. At home, you will be guided through the assigned lessons, given worksheets, assigned reading, and there will also be movement exercises to you begin to embody the material.
